The best i have seen so far is 2 positions shot and 3 visits by Lara Croft.

When Lara Croft shoots a position on the slot machine reels it becomes wild for the duration of the Super Mode free spin feature.

This means that you can end up with a huge amount of extra wild positions on the slot machine reels that make it much easier for you to win.
